Frosty the snowman!!!

We have a lot of snow here to-day well over 12incs so the girls and their Dad went to build a snowman and this is what they ended up with a rather big snowman!!! Girls hope the snow will last as they would like to build some more to-morrow.Snowed in here well if we get hungry we can always eat the snowman!!!! lol

Tree is up!!

Tree is up at last only getting round to posting this pic.Two sets of lights would not work so not as many to take of again Ken is pleased!!! My two girls decorated this year and what a great job they did.Every year their two Granny's buy them a tree bauble and they have been doing this since they were born so my tree is pretty full!!Girls out building a snowman here,had over 12 incs of snow to-day will post a pic later.x

I have been so good this year Santa!!!!

Have been so busy this year again with making cards to display the Santa photos I have taken at school for the fund raising Santa breakfast.Just finished them to-day hooray!!!!

Let me know what you think girls took so long to decide what to do with them.x

I wanna be a rockstar!!!

Bethany got her new guitar,we all got earplugs!!! Taking lessons for a year think I will be deaf by the end of the year! Oh to be young and so full of life!!

Happy Birthday Cupcakes!!!!

To-day is my daughter's 12th birthday so instead of a cake I thought I would make cupcakes in the shape of her age. So this morning after she went to school my mixer was on and this is what the end result looks like can't wait till she comes home from school to see what she thinks!!! x

Faith's Journal

Faith saw a lovely book while out shopping to-day but it was so expensive!!! So we bought this one for 99p and she decorated it with a little help from Mum and this is what we ended up with!!

Faith was very happy with the book as you can tell from her happy little face!!

I have been at tk max a few times now and have picked up a few bargains!! Here are some of them.They seem to be getting new items in all the time so check your local store you never know what you might find!!!

Teachers Card.......

My two girls wanted to make cards for their teachers so this is what we came up with at short notice.Bethany stayed up late to help me and we both enjoyed spending time together making this card.Hope you like it girls let me know what you think!! Of to bed now eyes are closing!!!

a hanger for my ribbon..........

Have been out all day with my two girls shopping what a long day!!

Bethany needed clothes for her holidays but would she try anything on not a CHANCE!!!

So needless to say home with no clothes but did pick this dress form made out of metal and thought I would put my ribbon and things on it love it!! Going to hang it on the wall will post a pick when it is up.Going to put my feet up now let me know what you think girls!!Sandra X

Blowing dandelions.....

This picture was taken in the wood that surrounds our home.The picture is quite an old picture of Bethany and I had these pictures on another page that I didn't have finished!!!

Last summer my two girls planted their own strawberries and this is a photo of Faith with her first crop boy was she delighted with them!!!

Got round to doing some

scrapbooking to-day for the first in my new scraproom.Wow it is so easy to finish a layout when you have the space and also everything you have has a place!! Well for now anyway!This layout is of Bethany at Portstewart going it alone on the monkey bars for the first time and boy was she pleased with herself when she made it to the end of the monkey bars.

I used francy pants papers and bo bunny swiss dot.Well hope to have another layout soon let me know what you think of my latest effort Sandra x

From one home to another....

Have never really been a cardmaker but my hubby wanted me to make him a card for a workmate who has just moved house so here it is.I used a set of stamps from stamp in up that I got and the cardstock is from stampin up as well.The patterened is mellow by basic grey and the little key and lock came from Lucille from the scrapbeach.Hope you like it let know what you think of my attempts at stamping. x

A craft room at last........

This is my new craftroom and it won't stay tidy for to long so thought I would post a picture.

The storage is from Ikea and so is all the boxes, the green boxes fit the 12x12 scrapbooking paper so I keep my paper in these free from dust.

glimmer mist tag....

Hi everyone it has been a while since I have crafted and actually finished something!!

Bought some cosmic shimmer mist and loved it, so I have made my first tag.

Did the both sides of the tag hope you like it X

no glue required.......

Made this little book and box at a friends house used no glue it involved folding the paper different ways.Really enjoyed making it.

My cricut arrived t0-day in the post!! I am so excited I cannot wait to have a go on it!!

I bought it from the website ohmycrafts.com and they are giving you 20% off at the minute.

My cricut with 5 cartridges plus postage worked out at 234.00 what a bargain and they marked it as a gift so I didn't have to pay anything to customs. Will post some pictures when I have it up and going Sandra x

This is my first attempt at doing a bit of crochet!! Bought the new magazine that is out and thought I would have a try at it.Really hope I can do it as I would love to be able to make the blanket they are showing you in the magazine. Wish me luck will post my first square when I get it finished!!

Here comes Santa Claus......

This is a picture of my oldest girl Bethany who is eleven, I made these little cards to display

photographs I had taken of the children at Bethanys school for school funds.Each child got to see Santa and got a lovely book as a present.It was well worth doing and all the money went to the school.
